Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. However some items may need to be sourced directly (for example, if any customisation is requested) and may take up to 7-10 days but we will email you should this be the case. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a UK public holiday will be dispatched by the next working day. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we can make suitable arrangements.

Returns

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line and body of the email. A returns number will be emailed to you which needs to be clearly displayed on the packaging when you return the item. You have thirty days to ask for this returns number or refunds cannot be issued. Once a returns number has been issued, the item must reach us within 14 days. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and it will require a signed delivery to ensure it reaches us.

Exchanges

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email explain why you want to exchange the product. An exchange number will be emailed to you which needs to be written clearly on the returned garment. You have thirty days to ask for an exchange number or we will not allow an exchange to go ahead. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and it will require a signed for delivery to ensure it reaches us.
