We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. If any customisation is requested then this may take up to 7-10 days but we will email you should this be the case. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a UK public holiday will be dispatched by the next working day. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we can make suitable arrangements for you. We always go the extra mile for our customer.

A returns number will be emailed to you which needs to be clearly displayed on the packaging when you return the item. You have thirty days to ask for this returns number or refunds cannot be issued. Once a returns number has been issued, the item must reach us within 14 days. We will pay for the cost of the return, that’s not a problem!

An exchange number will be emailed to you which needs to be written clearly on the returned garment. You have thirty days to ask for an exchange number or we will not allow an exchange to go ahead.
