Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk before we have dispatched your goods to you.

If the items have been dispatched (24 hours after the delivery is placed) please follow the returns procedure.

Should you wish to return your order we will happily offer you an exchange for a different pair of gloves up to the same value.

This can take up to 21 days from receipt.

 

Returns

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email explain why you want to return the product. A returns number will be emailed to you that needs to be written clearly with the returned garment. You have five days to ask for this returns number and then after we have a thirty day exchange policy (see below). If you gloves are faulty, we will first assess your glove and go out of our way to fix it. We will not offer a refund.

Please send returns within 14 days either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or your own courier. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and it will require a signed for delivery to ensure it reaches us.

 

Exchanges

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email explain why you want to exchange the product. An exchange number will be emailed to you that needs to be written clearly on the returned garment. You have five days to ask for an exchange number or an exchange cannot go ahead. We will nott exchange if your product is not in the same condition as how you received it, with tags and labels in place.
