Cancellations

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.

If the items have been dispatched (24 hours after the delivery is placed) please follow the returns procedure.

Should you wish to return your order we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund providing that the item has not been warn and is in perfect condition with all labels attached and in its original packaging.

If the tags have been removed we will not be able to refund.

This can take up to 21 days of receipt.

Returns

Contact us at gloves@gizellerenee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email explain why you want to return the product. A returns number will be emailed to you which needs to be written clearly with the returned garment. You have five days to ask for this returns number or we will not refund you.

Please send returns within 14 days either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or your own courier. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and it will require a signed for delivery to ensure it reaches us.

Exchanges
